Everything you see on the website is made by me, Sade! From the labels, to the blending and packing of apothecary goods, to the designing and screenprinting and engraving - Which means shipping times can be affected by the handmade process of everything on the site but I can assure you, everything is made with the utmost care and love! If you have any questions ever please feel free to contact me through email (I will not see messages on Instagram!) and know you’re speaking with an actual human, not an ai bot or team outside of myself. I am always willing to work with anyone on any issue that may come up so long as I’m met with the same love, care, and respect! If you’re a dick to me, I do not need your business and you will not get your way.
Do you ship internationally?
Sure do.
Why does it take up to 4-5 weeks after presales end to get my goods?
Presales last 1 week, it takes about 1 week to order & receive blanks after presales end, production takes about 2 weeks depending on the preorder load & shipping can happen throughout the time of 1 week! I like to add an extra week in case of any mishaps, which happen sometimes, and when they do I try to be as transparent as possible on my Instagram to let everyone know what’s going on! All wait times are from the end of the preorder, not from the day you ordered your merch. I’m one person doing all the designing, ordering, screenprinting, and shipping so I do everything as quickly as I can! Plus, let’s be real, this ain’t Amazon Prime.
I received tracking, but it hasn’t moved yet, why is that?
I print all shipping labels at once to expedite the packing process on my end, it’s nice having all invoices and shipping labels in one neat pile rather than printing them as I go, which I find just slows me down. This method makes sense to my brain but also can be confusing because this does not mean your item has shipped immediately. Typically from the time your label was printed to the time it’s dropped off at the post office a few days will pass, so check tracking a few days after you receive your shipping notification! Oftentimes I’ll pack up all the orders over a span of a few days and then do one big post office drop to avoid many trips to the post office or sometimes I’ll print certain designs and ship within what I’ve printed. Regardless I promise your stuff will get to you, I don’t want it, I just find the most complicated way to do things and make it my go-to.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final but if you find that you ordered something that doesn’t fit or there’s an issue with the garment itself, I’m always willing to do an exchange! Online shopping can be tricky for sizing and with high volume orders it’s hard to catch holes in shirts, etc. - I want people to actually be able to wear what they buy and love what they buy. Just talk with me, I’m easy.
How do I get on the email list?
Shoot me an email through my “Contact” page or just email me goatwitchgoods@gmail.com letting me know you want to be a part of the email list and I’ll add you! No spam, no bullshit, just notifications of when presales, sales, & giveaways drop.
What is your commission policy?
Commissions are specially crafted designs made by myself for your band, brand, movie, or creative endeavor. I can design posters, shirts, tank tops, bralettes, thongs, sweatpants, etc. as well as some laser engraved goods on leather, wood, & mirrors. Unfortunately commissions are not me designing merch for a movie or artist that you would like to see on a shirt, but I am always open to suggestions for future drops! All commissions require a deposit of half the design price up front or paid in full up front after we decide to go through with the project. In most cases I’m also able to print the work you commission me for as well! If you’re wanting to commission me for work, please fill out this submission form and I’ll get back to you within 48 hours. Let’s make something cool!
Why can’t I contact you through Instagram?
My Instagram DMs are overwhelming as hell! I simply won’t see your DMs, and if I do it’s way too easy for them to get lost. I use email as my primary and only business contact so I have all inquiries in one place and they won’t get lost! Yes, this includes for friends too! Instagram is used for me as a tool for marketing and putting my art out into the world, unfortunately it doesn’t work great as a platform for communication. Thank you for understanding!!
